From Labyrinth to Luxury

This home began with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a very dark color palette. The kitchen and living room were closed off with various hallways impeding the flow of the home and making it feel much smaller than it actually was.

After our initial walk through, we identified the need for a master en-suite, greater flow and function for the shared living areas and a much needed update to the interior and exterior of the home.

We were able to re-design the interior footprint to create an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The exterior of the home was a perfect canvas for the Mid-Century Modern style so we replaced the siding and added a period appropriate door and color palette. The natural light wood in the interior also added a contemporary look and feel to the home.

This new design now boasts a master en-suite, two additional bedrooms, updated features and a spacious living area that’s perfect for hosting. This remodeled home is proof that, with a fresh vision, a dated space can be completely transformed.
